Programs and Education Management:

This Committee shall be responsible for the development, recommendation, and management of all programmatic and education activities for the Corporation. This Committee shall also implement and evaluate the program efforts of the Corporation.

Financial Development and Special Events:

This Committee shall be responsible for the development, recommendation, overseeing of fund-raising policies, and the implementation of fund-raising activities of the Corporation. This Committee will also work closely with the Financial Development Director or other staff/ personnel designated by the Board of Directors. Special Events: This Committee shall also be responsible for the recommendation, development, and implementation of all major events of the Corporation.

Mentoring Committee:

This Committee shall be responsible for the development, recommendation, and the overseeing of the mentoring programs. This Committee shall also evaluate the effectiveness of the mentoring programs.

Economic Development:

This Committee shall be responsible for identifying Economic Development opportunities in the Greater Columbia area; it must also identify what involvement the 100 Black Men of Greater Columbia, Inc. is to have in these development opportunities.

Bylaws/Long Range Planning:

This Committee shall be responsible for the development and recommendation of all strategic planning efforts of the Corporation. This Committee shall update the Strategic Plan annually and prepare the Annual Business Plan and Report for the Corporation. It shall also be responsible for the evaluation of all implementation efforts relative to the execution of the Annual Business Plan. Bylaws: This Committee shall also be responsible for reviewing all proposed amendments to the bylaws, and for recommending and interpreting any proposed amendments to the membership.

Membership Development:

This Committee shall be responsible for the development and recruiting of new membership processing programs, membership orientation programs, and membership relations programs. This Committee shall also be empowered to enforce the membership termination provisions of the Bylaws.

Media/Public Relations:

This Committee shall be responsible for the development, recommendation, and implementation of a media and public relations program for the Corporation. The Committee shall also coordinate the development and publication of newsletters, press releases, media interviews, annual reports and marketing reports of the Corporation.

Health and Wellness:

This Committee shall be responsible for identifying a Health and Wellness program in our community and making our community more aware of all Health issues.
